I recommend going through Apple or your cell phone device carrier to ensure your warranty and no additional issues or concerns happen later on. Not impressed at all with the customer service or workmanship provided. Especially if they are having to rectify their work the day after picking the device up after services were supposedly rendered. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else! The Groupon is not with it!

I took this in for a simple shattered screen. The device still worked and what was given back to me after the SECOND time they "fixed" it. Was lines in the screen and a double image. Save yourself the headache! Brenda lacks customer service and whoever the owner is that does the work is not qualified to perform the duties of an Apple expert. And pretty sure this voided any warranty we had with Apple. Now all I have is a paperweight. Thanks Bad Luck communications. For me, there has been no good with doing business with this company! Stay clear.

Their transactions are also a little sketchy. I initially was asked to pay for services that had not been rendered, I kindly asked Brenda if it was okay that I pay when the services are complete and when I pick up my device and she said sure. I thought this was a little strange, but apparently I like abuse. I was not handed a ticket or anything to say I left my merchandise with them. They do not follow simple standard operating procedures which leaves me very concerns in regards to who else they have screwed over. When I dropped the device off to get it fixed for the second time, I asked if I could have proof of me leaving my device along with proof of the condition of the device. She said, what do you want to do...take a picture of it? It was very obvious to me at this point, that I was doing business with the wrong people.
